The Jeremy Dentel Memorial Golf Outing is in honor of Jeremy who was tragically taken from us in February 2020 in an act of violence. He was deeply involved with the Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh (HARP) and was a beloved brother of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Since he passed away, HARP has since developed the “Jeremy Dentel Emergency Medical Fund” in his honor. The Jeremy Dentel Emergency Medical Fund helps underwrite the cost of care for animals recovering from abuse, neglect or injuries suffered from a traumatic event. The Jeremy Dentel Emergency Medical Fund celebrates his life, his compassion, and his deep love of animals. The fund has raised over $12,000 so far and we are hosting the golf outing to further raise money for this fund.
We are actively looking for sponsors and donations for this event. Donations can be anything from $1 to an item that can be in the silent auction for players to bid on. Sponsors can also choose from the following packages: The Bronze Package is $100 and includes a sign on one tee box. The Silver Package is $1,000 and includes a free foursome in the tournament, the company/ individual thanked on the registration and reception signage, and tee box signage on a challenge hole. The Gold Package is $3,000 and includes two free foursomes in the tournament, the company/ individual thanked on the registration and reception signage, and tee box signage on a challenge hole.
About the Outing:August 5th 2023 at 8am at 3 Lakes Golf Course in the Penn Hills of Pittsburgh. All Proceeds of the event will be donated to the Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh. Cookout-style lunch to follow.
