Fraters Jake Howell & Jake Thorry Join the TKE Professional Staff

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - TKE Chief Executive Officer Donald E. Aldrich is proud to announce the hiring of Fraters Jake Howell (Rho-Rho, Sam Houston State) and Jake Thorry (Gamma-Zeta, Hartwick). Frater Howell is filling the role of Associate Regional Director for Region 2, succeeding Frater Hunter Needham (Zeta-Pi, Culver-Stockton). Frater Thorry has been named Programs and Risk Specialist.

Frater Howell joins the Professional Staff team from Sam Houston State University as a member of the Rho-Rho chapter. He graduated in 2022 with Summa Cum Laude honors, earning a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Homeland Security Studies. He then pursued a master's degree in Homeland Security Studies, graduating in 2024. He has since served as the Alumni Association Treasurer and Province Advisor for the Lonestar Province. He was instrumental in helping his home chapter earn its first Top TKE Chapter Award and, individually, received a Top TEKE Award and both the John A. Courson and the Robert D. Planck Scholarships.

Frater Thorry was initiated at the Gamma-Zeta Chapter at Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York in the spring of 2022. He proudly served in several roles including Chapter Prytanis during his Junior and Senior years. He is a recipient of the Top TKE Recruiter Award, the Ronald Reagan Leadership Scholarship, and Hartwick Fraternity Member of the Year Award while being a 4-year starter on the defensive line for the football team. He graduated from Hartwick College in May 2025, Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics. Upon graduation, he has immediately moved to Indiana to start in this role.
