Past Grand Prytanis Celebrates Birthday

Indianapolis, IN. – Past Grand Prytanis Frater Robert "Bob" Planck (Epsilon-Omicron, University of Houston) is celebrating a birthday today, July 1st, 2014. Frater Planck turned 66 today.

In addition to his role as Past Grand Prytanis (2001-2003), Frater Planck served as President of Independent Marketing Alliance. His success outside of TKE allowed him to generously support TKE’s mission of educating Fraters of future generations – most notably the Better Men for a Better World Courtyard outside Tau Kappa Epsilon’s International Headquarters. "This Courtyard ranks high among the legacy projects I’ve invested in during my lifetime," said Frater Planck.

Frater Planck also contributed to a number of worthy philanthropic causes, including leadership programming, faculty stipends and collegiate scholarships benefiting TKE as well as his alma mater, the University of Houston.

"I’ve always seen potential for greatness in the people, situations and things around me. That’s part of the TKE mindset, as you know. Of course, the key to making a difference in this life is knowing how to turn that potential into reality," said Frater Planck.

The Offices of the Grand Chapter extends a heartfelt Happy Birthday to Frater Planck.
