Frater Richard Pisano Re-Joins the TKE Foundation Board of Directors
The TKE Foundation is pleased to welcome Frater Richard Pisano back to its Board of Directors.
Richard Pisano Jr graduated in 1982 from Bucknell University and is a member of the Beta-Mu Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon. Over the past five years, he has served as the Chair of the Alumni Advisory Committee of Beta-Mu. Richard has previously served on the TKE Foundation Board and completed two terms on the TKE Alumni Advisory Committee to the Grand Council. In 2017 he received the TKE Alumnus of the Year award. Richard is the President of Citrus and Allied Essences Ltd., an eighty-eight year old family company that processes essential oils for the flavor and fragrance industries.
The company has a global footprint including factories in the US and Mexico. Richard has served on several flavor industry associations and has been the President of FEMA (Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association), The Chemical Sources Association, and the National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems. He is a frequent lecturer at the Food Science Departments of major universities on the topic of Flavor Safety.
For fun, Richard enjoys photography. He is an accomplished blue-water sailor and an enthusiastic golfer. Richard was the Treasurer of St. John’s Episcopal Church of Cold Spring Harbor New York and is now a resident of Boca Raton, Florida.
