TKE Professional Staff — Staffing Updates 2021-2022
INDIANAPOLIS - Chief Executive Officer Donald E. Aldrich has announced the TKE Professional Staff structure changes for the 2021-2022 fiscal year.
Frater Alex Swenson (Rho-Upsilon, Franklin College) is now the Director of Fraternal Services and will immediately assume leadership of the Professional Staff Regional Team. Frater Greg Roskopf (Zeta-Zeta, Wisconsin-Milwaukee) will remain the Chief Risk Officer but additionally assumes leadership of TKE's Educational Programs.
With this announcement, two additional promotions have been shared.
Upon distinguishing himself in his role as the Health and Safety Specialist, Frater Joey R. Krzywonos (Zeta-Pi, Culver-Stockton) has been promoted to the Director of Health & Education. In this role, Frater Krzywonos will lead the logistics of TKE’s Educational Programming.
In Region 3 (Midwest), Frater Collin Merkel (Rho-Upsilon, Franklin College) has been promoted to the role of Regional Director.
With the recent retirement of Shirley Mills as Membership Specialist, Frater Nathan Lehman (Theta-Iota, Northern Michigan) will continue in his role as the Director of Fraternal Health while absorbing Membership Specialist responsibilities. In this role, Lehman is the primary contact with Tau Kappa Epsilon’s international philanthropy partner, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, analyzes data to identify trends where TKE should divert resources, and analyzes annual reports to determine the year-end chapter award winners.
Frater Aldrich shared, “I am extremely excited about the team we have assembled to serve TKE in the 2021-22 year. Frater Alex Swenson has shadowed Frater Greg Roskopf over the past year, learning the best methods to lead our Fraternal Services Team and grow our Chapters and Colonies. Alex has served the last eight years on the Programs Team and is deeply passionate about educating and inspiring our men to their potential. Frater Greg Roskopf previously served on the Programs Team himself and is a dedicated servant leader who will analyze how we further deliver first-class programming. Lastly, I am proud of Frater Joey Kryzwonos for his growth and look forward to seeing Clayton Miller impact TKE Nation with his drive to make a difference. We have much to do as a Fraternity and it starts with Recruitment this fall. Our staff family is driven by the opportunity to see TKE dynamically grow and impact the lives of thousands across North America.”
