Digital Content Creator
Northeastern State University
As the Digital Content Creator, I am responsible for creating digital video and static assets for the Fraternity’s social media presence. On any given week, I may be creating video infographics, creating content for both the website and social media, or updating member guides and resources.
I was born and raised in Choctaw, Oklahoma, and graduated as outstanding senior at Northeastern State University in 2019 with a degree in media studies and a minor in computer science. At NSU, I joined multiple organizations that allowed me to grow in my leadership abilities, including the Sigma-Lambda chapter of TKE. Within TKE, I held multiple offices, graduated the TKE Leadership Academy XXXI, and was awarded Top Teke of my chapter for two years. As well, I was awarded the Oklahoma Top Teke in 2017. My other prominent organizations at NSU included Impressions Dance Company and the Interfraternity Council, holding leadership positions with both. I worked as a resident assistant, graphic designer and student worker with the Violence Prevention Program during my time at NSU. I spent my final semester studying abroad in Sweden, and I was hired to the TKE Professional Staff during that time. I am a motivated, compassionate and adventurous person who is ready to make a difference. Here’s a fun fact: A goal of mine is to pet a dog in each country I visit. Some of my favorites have been Norwegian and Finnish pooches.
What I Like To Do in My Free Time
I thoroughly enjoy doing mostly everything during my free time, especially outdoors. Hiking, camping, snowboarding and sightseeing are a few standouts. Otherwise, I enjoy dancing, working out, meeting new people, and traveling. You might also find me doing photography or editing some videos.
